İlk yufkayı tezgaha serip, her tarafına güzelce sostan sürüp, yufkayı yarım ay şeklinde kapatalım.
Uzun kısmına iç harçtan döküp, yufkanın uç kısımlarını içe katlayarak, rulo şeklinde sıkıca sardıktan sonra gül şeklini alacak şekilde saralım ve fırın kabının ortasına koyalım.
İkinci yufkayı da tezgaha serip, aynı şekilde sostan sürelim ve uzun kısmına harçtan dökelim
Kenarlarını içe alarak, rulo şeklinde sıkıca saralım
Fırın kabının içindeki böreğin etrafına dolayalım ve üçüncü yufkayı da aynı şekilde yapalım
Kalan sosun içine yumurta sarısını alıp karıştırdıktan sonra, böreğin üzerine sürüp, çörek otu ve susam serpiştirelim
Hazır olan böreği; 180°C’de, alt üst kızarana kadar pişirelim.
İlk sıcaklığı çıkınca, dilimleyerek afiyetle yiyin
